For those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, The Southern Museum hosts a Sensory Friendly Afternoon on the last Tuesday of each month. The museum will be transformed into a sensory-friendly environment for visitors with ASD, sensory processing issues, or special needs to explore the Museum at their own pace.

Sensory Friendly Afternoons include modified sound effects and volume adjustments inside the museum. A designated Quiet Room will be available for those needing additional support.



WHEN: Last Tuesdays of the month from 30th of January - Tuesday 25th of December, 2018
